Refund Policy

Your one payment:if you're unhappy within 14 days of buying a plan, email desk@quantparadox.comand we'll refund it in full, no questions asked. This applies once per customer per plan.

After that window: the payment is not refundable, and it is also the only one — there is no renewal to cancel and no date on which your access stops. If you stop using the account, you keep it; nothing further is charged either way.

Credits are separate: the credit balance your plan came with is part of the purchase and is refunded with it inside the 14 days if unspent. Credit packs bought later have their own terms, below.

Enterprise contracts: negotiated terms govern refunds where a signed contract specifies otherwise.

Plans sold before 22 September 2026 were subscriptions, and customers still on one are governed by these terms until it ends. Renewal payments are not refunded for partial use. Cancel anytime before your next renewal date from Billing — cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for, and you keep access until then. We don't prorate mid-cycle cancellations.

We no longer sell subscriptions. If you are on one and would rather buy the platform outright, cancel the subscription first so you are never paying twice for the same access — the checkout refuses to open while a subscription is still active, for that reason.

A credit pack is refundable in full within 7 days of purchase if no credit from that purchase has been used. Once any portion of a pack has been spent (an authoring call, a rewrite, a custom-mode lens), the remaining balance is non-refundable — credits don't expire, so there's no rush to spend them, but a partially-used pack can't be unwound.

Backtests and paper-trading deployments are free, unmetered product features — there's nothing to refund there. A strategy performing poorly in a backtest, in paper trading, or in your own live trading through an exported strategy is not grounds for a plan or credit refund: the product's job is to tell you the truth about a strategy, including when the truth is “this doesn't work.”

If you have a billing issue, please contact us first — we resolve the overwhelming majority of billing questions directly and faster than a card network can. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in your account being suspended while the dispute is investigated.
