Privacy Policy

Directly from you:

• Account information: name, email, and (if you sign in with a password) a securely hashed password — we never store your password itself.
• Billing information: handled entirely by Stripe. We receive and store your plan, subscription status, and transaction history — never your card number.
• Product content: the strategies you write, import, or generate; backtest and paper-trading results; your MT5 broker login and server if you connect one (never a password — see our Terms).
• Support and sales conversations you start with us (demo requests, sales inquiries, affiliate applications).

Automatically:

• Basic technical logs (IP address, timestamps, request paths) for security, abuse prevention, and diagnosing errors — see our Terms for the error-monitoring we run to keep the service reliable.
• A small number of first-party cookies for signing you in and remembering your active workspace and, if you followed a referral link, which affiliate referred you.

To provide the service you signed up for (running backtests, saving your strategies, billing your subscription, showing your affiliate dashboard its referral stats), to keep the Platform secure and working (fraud prevention, rate limiting, error monitoring), and to respond when you contact us. We don't build advertising profiles and we don't sell your personal data.

Only the processors that make the product work: Stripe (payments), our cloud hosting provider (infrastructure), Anthropic (the AI model that powers strategy authoring and rewrite — it receives the strategy description you type, not your account or billing data), and email delivery for transactional messages. Each is bound to use your data only to provide their service to us. We don't share your data with data brokers or for third-party marketing.

We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of QuantParadox, our users, or the public.

Strategy logic you write or generate is used only to run the service for you — backtesting it, evolving it, paper-trading it, exporting it for you. We do not use your private strategies to train models, and we do not show your strategies to other customers. (Our proprietary strategy library is a separate, staff-curated body of work — your content is never folded into it.)

We keep account and billing data for as long as your account is active and as needed to satisfy legal, tax, and accounting obligations after that. You can request deletion of your account and associated content at any time (see Section 7); some records — like the audit and credit ledgers — are kept in an anonymized or minimal form as a financial record even after account deletion, because an editable financial ledger isn't a real one.

Passwords are hashed with Argon2id (not reversible, not stored in plain text). API keys are stored as one-way hashes and shown to you only once, at creation. Every staff action that touches your account or billing is written to an append-only audit log. No system is perfectly secure, but we design for “a database dump reveals nothing usable” rather than relying on the database staying secret.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email desk@quantparadox.com— we'll verify your identity and respond within a reasonable time.

The Platform is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect data from, anyone under 18.

We'll post updates here with a new date, and for material changes we'll make a reasonable effort to notify active accounts by email.
